Dismissal at MACA is for 11:30 am on Wednesday, Sept. 13
Bus 513 from Northwest to MACA is having mechanical issues and will not run this morning, Tuesday, Sept. 12
All St. Landry Parish Public schools will have an early dismissal on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, to facilitate professional learning opportunities. Please be attentive to communication from your child's school, as they will provide you with the precise dismissal times. These times may vary slightly from school to school. If your child typically rides the bus, please ensure someone is available at home to receive them upon their early return. If your child is a car rider, please adhere to the specific car rider dismissal time communicated by the school to ensure a smooth pick-up process. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

We are well into the new school year. See the attached First Quarter PBIS (Positive Behavior & Interventions Support) expectations. Please encourage students to follow expectations set forth.
Please consider donating blood on September 7 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm at MACA. Each unit of blood donated also helps toward a Life Scholars scholarship that will go to one lucky Senior.

Meet and Greet at MACA today from 5:30-6:30 pm. Come out and meet teachers, get important information and open up a Pelican credit union account to support our ongoing fundraising effort!
All students have taken ID pictures. Beginning tomorrow, any student who needs a temporary ID will be charged $1.00

Ed Mixon bus L225 will not be running. We do have a bus running the route unfortunately they will not make it in time to Beau Chene for the transfer. Parents, please find a ride to Beau Chene for your child to catch the transfer to MACA.
