With 28 years of experience in education, Ms. Alanna Barbour has dedicated her career to fostering student success and academic excellence. Throughout her journey in St. Landry Parish, she has served as a classroom teacher, Special Education Instructional Specialist, and Assistant Principal—gaining extensive experience in instruction, leadership, and supporting diverse learners.
Now stepping into the role of Principal for Opelousas High School’s 7th and 8th Grade Campus, Ms. Barbour remains committed to building a positive school culture where students and staff thrive! Join us in welcoming Ms. Barbour to her new role!
